Helping people new to the nonprofit sector, staff and board members alike, build the foundation they need to do the work well: the vocabulary, culture, expectations, core skills, and communication habits that take root over time. I also help leaders build and strengthen their own teams as they grow, though this isn't broad leadership development coaching.

Teaching boards how to fundraise, and working directly with board leaders on structure and engagement so the board functions as a true partner in the organization's work.
